Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to mediation in accordance with the mediation rules of the Law Society of New South Wales. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the commencement of mediation, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
